Azafrán del Amanecer, S.L. is a company who's main activity is the commercialisation of saffron in bulk and packaged, based in Barcelona (Spain). The professionals who make up ADA have a great deal of experience in the processing and marketing of saffron and other spices. Our main goal is to provide our customers with the best saffron available on the market with a level of service that exceeds their expectations.

   We offer 100% pure Saffron, Cat I Superior according to Norm ISO 3632, with high levels of crocetine, picocrocine and safranal and low levels of humidity and flower waste in all the product range. A high quality product for the most demanding tastes.

    Under our brand name AzafrandA we sell saffron in threads and in powder, in different packages. We tailor make our packages to the individual requirements of our worldwide customers our standard being: 0.5g, 1g, 2g, 3g, 4g, 8g, 10g, 20g, 25g, 1oz, 250g, 500g and 1Kg.
